Who I am
I’m Daniil, a lead product designer with ten years in the trade and the last five in fintech: in-store lending, digital banking and payments.
At Vanta I lead a team of seven and own B2POS end to end, the platform shop assistants use to sell on credit: from framing the problem through the design system to handoff with web and Flutter engineers.
I started in branding and art direction, and it still shows. I care how a product feels, not only how it flows, and I would rather prove a decision with a number than defend it with taste.
How I work
Tokens as code
One semantic layer, generated into CSS for web and a Flutter theme for mobile, reviewed line by line with the engineers who use it.
AI in the loop
I run Figma agents on a house skill for layout, naming and variants. They take the repetitive work; the team reviews every output by hand.
Measurement is design
Analytics events are drawn with the screens, with a session id from the first tap, so the whole funnel is visible before launch.
